The ZANTE VILLA SEASIDE is located at the east coast if the island below the small village Kypseli, in a quiet area without any mass tourism.
The distance from Zakynthos town is about 15 kilometers. The house is directly by the sea, the nearby bakery, supermarket and the butcher offer all things you need for daily life.
The complete basement is rented directly by the friendly houseowner. The surface area of the flat amounts about 80 m2 which gives comfortable room for 4 to 6 persons and contains a generous terrace with sea view. Livingroom, the two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom are new reconditioned and affectionately furnished. The house offers aircondition (cold / warm), the livingroom is equipped with an open fireplace as well as Sat-TV.
Enjoy the generous garden with own access to the beach! A special eyecatcher is the lovely chapel built by the owner himself. Opportunity for a calm breakfast or a cosy dinner offers a further romantic place situated directly at the sea. There is also possibility for a nice barbecue.
The pleasant taverna "Vardiola" nearby offers a traditional greek meal and homemade vines as well as free umbrellas and sunbeds.
